Dan’s primary passion is helping people connect the missing pieces so they can achieve health and performance from every angle. Once a military mechanic, now a coach and educator, Dan went from fixing vehicles to fixing bodies, applying his systems-analysis skills to help you get to the root cause of any health handbrake and develop a simple yet effective solution.

While coaching for the last 13 years, Dan also runs regular education workshops and programs for gyms, studios, personal trainers, and allied health professionals in the areas of strength, functional movement, mindset and nutrition. As a consultant, he has developed and delivered professional development workshops to gyms in Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland, as well as learning and sharing with industry leaders across the globe. Dan is the founder and Head Coach of Revamp Integrated Health, specialising in combining traditional wisdom with a personalised, evidence-informed approach across the pillars of movement, insight, and nutrition to help you find the capacity to reconnect with and express your authentic self.
